Tapville University will have business simulation technology coupled with scenario-based learning that immerses the franchisee operator to learn business operations and solve operational challenges. Franchisee operators will attend in-class training sessions prior and post-opening to enable them to be successful with operating their locations. 

In addition to in-class training, Tapville provides a technical platform, Tapville University Online. The platform is available for franchisees to access key operational standard operating procedures, work instructions and video-based learning. 

Tapville Franchise operators can access role-based operational material on mobile or desktop applications in less than three-clicks at the point-of-need. These technical capabilities enable Tapville to keep content updated and current for all franchise operators and their teams. QR code-based tags on equipment and key areas within their locations enable Tapville team members to scan a code and immediately access information, instruction, or support.

Tapville University Online rapid deployment of LTOs “limited time offers”, marketing promotions and initiatives can be customized by market. These rapid deployment capabilities differentiate Tapville to become quicker and more adaptive to shifting market demands.
